Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and operate a cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail making techniques and familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge of craft cocktails
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Understanding of retail math for calculating bills, tips, and discounts
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and best practices for food handling
