The Green House is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and innovative person to help oversee our Durango location.
Primary responsibilities
Managing budtenders
Vetting new product to potentially carry
Handling daily cash reconciliation
Handling product receiving and vendor payments
Handling product entry and availability on salesfloor
Organizing inventory and ensuring product security and compliance
Assisting with store appearance and organization
Assisting customers with sales and complaints
Required qualifications
Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and make executive decisions
Established record of adhering to policies and regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Previous management experience in retail, food service, and/or cannabis industry experience is preferred. We provide an extensive training program on product knowledge and compliance requirements, with opportunities for continuing education.
Benefits include paid sick leave and employee discounts. Managers are eligible for paid overtime and monthly bonuses, as well as the opportunity for a pay increase after 90 days. Assistant Managers may have the opportunity for tips, which are not pooled. We are growing company with opportunities for advancement.
