Job Overview:
We are seeking a Manager to oversee operations at our greenhouse facility. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring great customer service, managing a team of employees, and maintaining the greenhouse.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and help customers, including use of cash register
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of greenhouse staff
- Train and mentor employees on proper growing techniques and safety protocols
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage
- Plant care including: water, trimming, pinching
Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Experience with heavy lifting
- Knowledge of greenhouse operations, including plant care and cultivation
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
