We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Volunteer Trail Crew. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in trail building and maintenance, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This is a paid leadership position that requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a rotating crew of 3-8 volunteers on trail construction and maintenance projects.
- Scout work projects with Volunteer Supervisor before crew season begins.
- Co-lead staff training with Supervisors and Trail Crew Leads.
- Purchase groceries throughout season and keep orderly food storage system at Mt. Tabor.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Wilderness First Aid certification required (class available free-of-charge during training); WFR preferred (re-certification available free-of-charge during training).
- Extensive trail building and maintenance skills.
- Experience working directly with volunteers.
