HSE Compliance Officer Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Compliance Officer to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of health & safety experience, with expertise in electrical safety preferred. They will be able to evaluate risk and apply hazard control measures, investigate injuries and develop RCA reports with sound corrective actions.
This full-time office-based position will support our PV/BESS operations, requiring regular day or multi-day trips to facilities in Hinkley, CA and other states. The individual will be required to take trips to San Diego, Valley Center, Beaumont, Santa Clarita, Texas, Nevada, and New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains a working knowledge of HSE-related regulatory requirements and expertise in electrical safety, LOTO and fall protection.
- Develops and implements effective safety procedures and programs to drive results.
- Provides training and guidance on safety practices to employees and contractors.
- Conducts regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards.
