We have an opening for a sharp, friendly, outgoing individual to handle specific customer service duties. We are looking for a candidate with polished professional skills that will bring a positive approach to business challenges. We are looking for a “take charge/can do” attitude in our new customer service representative. This person should have an enthusiasm to learn new job skills, energy to get the work done, and a positive attitude! Attention to detail and follow through is critical in this position.
Responsibilities:
∙ Process, coordinate and ship green coffee sample requests for coffee importers
∙ Generate and prepare documents for outbound orders and product.
∙ Handle day-to-day customer service inquiries
∙ Maintain positive and productive relationship with specific business customers
∙ Support other customer service staff as able
Requirements:

∙ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Create daily outbound orders
