What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Solid knowledge of cannabis products and Washington cannabis regulations
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Minimum 6 months of leadership or management experience (preferably in cannabis)

Typical Responsibilities:
As a Shift Lead, you will:
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate team members during your shift, ensuring they meet company standards and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee ID checks and ensure policies are maintained
- Customer Engagement: Provide guidance to customers, answer their questions, and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist with product intake and stocking, and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints or staff issues promptly, ensuring smooth daily operations.
