We are seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our team at TGTG, LLC. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the helpdesk team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Provide training and support to helpdesk staff to improve their technical skills and customer service
- Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Ensure that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with IPsec, FTP, ESXi, and Juniper technologies is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and operating systems administration
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting software issues
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
