Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDescription:

We are seeking a Information Systems Administrator to join our team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security
• Implement system updates, patches, and backups as necessary
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and integration
• Utilize scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data protection
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of experience required
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proven experience in system administration or a related field
• Strong understanding of SDLC principles and practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks
• Familiarity with RESTful services and microservices architecture is a plus
• Experience with firewall management and network security protocols
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is beneficial
• Experience with SCCM, Citrix, and related technologies is a plus
