Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDescription:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
• Implement and oversee DNS configurations to ensure optimal network performance
• Utilize SQL for database management and data retrieval tasks
• Administer Windows environments and ensure system security and integrity
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment processes
• Write Shell scripts for automation of routine tasks and system monitoring
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Pegasystems solutions effectively
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT
• Strong knowledge of DNS, SQL, Windows operating systems, and IT infrastructure management
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services is highly desirable
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and automation techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
• Field service experience is preferred
