Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDescription:

We are seeking a Information Security Manager to join our team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Manage incident response activities and coordinate recovery efforts
• Oversee the configuration and management of security tools such as Active Directory
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security across all platforms
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 9 years of experience required
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proven experience in information security management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and system security protocols
• Experience with security analysis and incident recovery processes
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
