Position: Deckhand
Department: Tree Tops Outdoor
Pool
Primary Responsibilities: (guest
interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical
responsibilities, etc.)
• Provide customer service – set ups,
Food/Beverage
• Ability to anticipate guest’s needs
• Readily available to
serve at all times while performing a multitude of duties
• Continuous
cleaning of area of responsibility
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Teamwork
assistance with guests
• Daily preparation work for guests’
service
• Heavy and light cleaning done daily and weekly
Normal Working Hours: (Shift,
days)
• Mostly day shifts – some evenings
• Times of day will
vary
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria
Past Work Experience Requirements:
(Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience,
etc.)
• Food and beverage experience preferred
• Customer service
experience preferred
Educational Requirements:
(Degree/Certification, highest required/preferred, field of
study)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Some college
preferred

Technical Requirements:

• Aid with daily and weekly ordering

provided. Reports to the Pool Managers

• Flexibility to work schedules
that are adjusted daily
• Must assume responsibilities of Locker Room,
Greeter, and Food Runner if needed
