Position: Food Storeroom Attendant
Department: Purchasing

Primary Responsibilities:
· Unloading of trucks, filling of orders, cleaning
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Keeping log of items we are out of, damaged, or perishable
· Receive, sort, place received food items in proper storage
· Weigh/count items disbursed
· Fill out proper paper work and answer the phone.
· Physical Inventory
· Posting requisitions in computer system
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria

Past Work Experience Requirements:
· Helpful if experienced in a fast paced warehouse situation with knowledge of foods
Educational Requirements:
· High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Communication Skills Requirements:
· Communicate with internal and external customers (guests, owners, employees, and vendors)
· Good telephone skills
· Must be able to read and comprehend
Technical Requirements:
· Basic Math skills
· Health Department Food Handlers Class completed
· Operating pallet jack – Certification class will be provided if not currently certified by The Greenbrier’s training program
· Basic computer skills – Training will be provided on software operation
Job Type: Full-time
