Position: Housekeeping Inspector
Department: Housekeeping
Primary Responsibilities:
Inspect room attendant’s performance and hold them accountable when needed.
Ensure all areas are up-to-standards by walking floors constantly.
Offer positive and constructive feedback to team members on a daily basis.
Maintain an effective communication with managers on guest and room issues.
Follow up with guest’s requests and ensure work is completed.
- Track team member’s performance and provide manager with accurate results.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Work on projects as needed
- Assist with weekly meetings
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
Weekends and holidays required. Number of hours worked dependent upon house count and seniority
