What You’ll Do:
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and secure future reservations using proven sales techniques.
- Follow up on guest inquiries to maximize booking opportunities.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email to assist guests with reservations, special requests, and modifications.
- Build guest profiles by maintaining accurate records of preferences and past stays.
- Serve as a concierge expert, offering recommendations on dining, entertainment, and resort amenities.
- Multi-task effectively, handling multiple reservations and inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding customer service and fostering guest loyalty.
- Utilize technology, including reservation software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years in reservations, hospitality, sales, or a related customer service role. Strong sales background in any industry is also welcome!
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn reservation software (NAVIS knowledge is a plus!).
- Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple reservations, maintain accuracy, and follow established procedures.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Office environment with moderate noise levels.
