ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a 30-year industry leader that is hiring an AR Manager to lead all areas billing and accounts receivable operations!
**Hybrid Schedule Very competitive base salary BONUS**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, delivery, and system reconciliation
- Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections and accurate application of customer payments
- Maintain and improve internal controls and workflows related to AR and billing operations
- Lead monthly AR close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate customer setup and billing terms
- Provide regular aging reports, cash forecasts, and analysis on AR performance to senior leadership
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and process explanations
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements
- Supervise and mentor a small team of AR/billing specialists
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- NETSUITE = HUGE PLUS
- CPA preferred but not required
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
