About the Company:
Our client is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the United States. This is a newly-created finance opportunity that will be 3rd member of the finance team - Working closely with the VP & Director of Finance!!

Responsibilities:
- Develop financial forecast and apply business judgment & financial insights to assist with decision making that aligns capital and resource allocation with the company’s strategic priorities
- Maintain various financial models for research, resolution, and decision making often with ambiguous guidelines
- Confirm that the financial strategies and initiatives are integrated with corporate and business strategies.
- Develop reports to track Key Performance Indicators to gauge financial and operational performance and strategically focus on necessary areas of improvement and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide financial reporting including analysis of variances between budgeted forecasts and actual results.
- Create financial models to evaluate optimal allocation of capital on potential growth opportunities.
- Establish a special purpose vehicle to securitize future cash flows in order to obtain additional external sources of liquidity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 2-4 years of business experience in FP&A/corporate finance/analytics focused role, fast growing tech company experience preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience creating data architectures, manipulating data sets and building statistical models
- Knowledge of statistical computer languages (e.g. R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Demonstrated the ability to work in situations with changing priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to wear multiple hats as the business evolves
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all levels in the organization
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create visually impactful slides for executive and board presentations
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
