About the Role:
As a Client Relations Manager, you’ll be the face of The Greenery to our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our values of quality and professionalism. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth, all while modeling best practices and leadership within the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct daily site visits, building and maintaining client relationships.
- Serve as a key contact for clients, managing quality control and ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver top-notch services and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Lead with passion, mentoring your team on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive client retention by proactively managing relationships and fostering client loyalty.
