You'll work closely with our Account Managers to design, estimate, and execute projects, while also driving independent sales of irrigation services to expand our reach. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor landscape professionals, ensuring every team member performs at their best.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient landscape maintenance plans, with a strong focus on irrigation systems.
• Drive Results: Manage resources, budgets, and project timelines to deliver outstanding results within budget.
• Client-Centered Approach: Partner with Account Managers in client meetings and estimate designs, offering solutions that delight and exceed client expectations.
• Sell & Innovate: Expand your influence by selling irrigation services independently, with or without base contracts.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations align with safety standards, regulations, and best practices.

What You Bring:

• Proven Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and irrigation, with a strong track record in managing teams.
• Irrigation Expertise: Deep knowledge of irrigation systems, techniques, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Communication & Organization: Exceptional skills in team coordination, project management, and client communication.
• Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost-saving, and aesthetic improvement.
• Sales Mindset: A passion for expanding service offerings through independent sales of irrigation solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Irrigation Management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bluffton, SC 29910: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
