Manager of Account Services
Are you a natural leader with a passion for client service and team development? We’re looking for a Manager of Account Services to lead and support our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), ensuring outstanding client communication, retention, and growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to directly shape client experience and team success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Client Relationship Managers
- Drive accountability and professional growth through regular coaching and performance management
- Oversee client onboarding, service recovery, renewals, and account retention processes
- Identify and proactively address client risks and opportunities for service improvement
- Partner with operations, sales, and support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience
- Support CRM meetings, performance cycles, and client service initiatives
- Serve as a point of escalation for high-priority and at-risk accounts
- Deliver in-person field support, training, and contribute to special projects
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience with client-facing service teams
- Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing structured performance cycles and improvement plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Aspire software experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Background in landscaping, property management, or similar industries preferred
Requirements:
- 5 years in Account Services, Client Relationship Management, or a related leadership role
- Hands-on experience managing teams and service accounts
- Willingness to travel to job sites and attend field and client meetings
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 25 lbs
