Responsibilities

• Spa Concierge is Responsible for Ensuring a Proper Start to Finish Spa & Wellness Experience from Phone Call Reservation, Arrival to Departure. 
• This Position Will Assist Leadership, and All Supporting Teams, to Maintain a Five Star Guest Experience.
• Execute Luxury Standards Throughout The Property, Spa, Pool and Gym Facility. 
• Responsible For Phone Requests and Appointment Setting, Greeting, Check In/Out and the Overall Sequence of Service. 
• Respond To All Guest Needs Within Minimal Amount of Time with Care and a Cheerful Outlook 
• Utilize Spa Platform, Book4time & Opera, Efficiently 
• Assists in Spa & Hotel Retail Boutique by Educating and Making Appropriate Recommendations
