Our company is seeking an Asset Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve site asset productivity and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and guidance on asset optimization and maintenance.
- Development and implementation of maintenance programs for all production areas.
- Improvement of site asset productivity and reliability through analysis and predictive maintenance.
- Maintenance of an adequate inventory of replacement parts for equipment and machines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, TPM, and/or RCM principles.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, control panels, and electrical systems.
