YOUR ROLE
As a key member of our team, you will ensure that production and processing equipment operates at optimal efficiency and quality levels by improving both planned and unplanned maintenance systems. You will supervise, plan, and oversee maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain a controlled maintenance shop environment. As a resource for the Mechanical / Electrical Resource personnel at the West Hazleton Facility, your contributions will drive performance improvement across the board.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Ensuring that all planned maintenance activities in production and processing areas are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Leading the Mechanical / Electrical Resources team and collaborating closely with Operations Management to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) across the facility.
- Promoting a safe working environment by identifying and addressing unsafe practices.
- Overseeing the maintenance and optimization of all production and processing equipment throughout the facility.
- Achieving planned OEE objectives by providing maintenance support and engaging in troubleshooting and problem-solving of mechanical and electrical issues.
- Executing maintenance activities to improve OEE, safety, and quality while contributing to continuous improvement.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with Mechanical / Electrical Resources, assigning tasks, providing training, and supporting daily operations.
- Leading and developing preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.
- Managing the repair and maintenance of equipment in line with budgetary constraints.
- Overseeing work assignments, coordinating closely with MRO / Stockroom personnel for parts ordering, and planning the execution of mechanical / electrical assignments.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are tracked and documented through work orders.
- Developing, maintaining, and administering safety programs while ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance shops and related spaces.
- Supporting the Company Production System initiatives to enhance performance.

COMPENSATION
The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually. This is the anticipated salary range for the position, though the final compensation may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience. This range may also be updated in the future.
