Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Operate Molding Machines : Set up and operate molding machines with precision while leading and guiding the team to ensure optimal production quality.
- Use & Maintain 6-Axis Robots : Operate and maintain 6-axis robots used in the production process, ensuring smooth, efficient, and precise robotic movements to improve productivity. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep the robots in optimal working condition.
- Team Leadership : Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that the team follows best practices and stays on task.
- Quality Control : Oversee the monitoring of production to ensure parts meet quality standards. Address issues proactively and provide guidance to the team as needed.
- Inspect Finished Parts : Lead the inspection process, ensuring that parts are defect-free, and make adjustments to maintain high-quality production.
- Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Perform and oversee machine maintenance, lubrication, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
- Efficient Setups & Changeovers : Lead and assist with smooth transitions between production runs, ensuring minimal downtime and keeping the team aligned during changeovers.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of production activities and ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Safety & Teamwork : Foster a safe working environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and actively supporting your team in doing the same.
- Versatility & Support : Step into various roles across the production floor, supporting your team as needed and ensuring effective operations across all functions.

32.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule :
12-hour shifts, with options for day, evening, night, and overnight shifts.
Salary : $76,000 - $83,000
