Service & Parts Specialist

Position Summary
The Service & Parts Specialist at plays a key role in supporting customers, dealers, and service partners by ensuring efficient parts distribution, technical assistance, and after-sales support. This position is responsible for managing parts orders, providing technical guidance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Dealer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and dealers regarding service and parts inquiries.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers, service centers, and end-users.
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Parts & Inventory Management
Participate in the procurement, stocking, and distribution of spare parts.Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Assist in the development of parts catalogs.Technical & Aftermarket Support
Support service technicians and customers with installation, maintenance, and repair guidance.Document and track recurring service issues to identify potential product improvements.Develop and deliver training materials for dealers and customers on product maintenance and repairs.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and technical concerns.Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of parts sales, service cases, and customer interactions.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Qualifications & Experience
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.Experience : 2 years of experience in a service, parts, or technical support role, preferably within the construction, heavy equipment, or machinery industry.Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and construction equipment.Skills :Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for order processing and inventory management.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with tiltrotators, excavator attachments, or hydraulic systems.Knowledge of CRM and service management software.Bilingual abilities (English / Spanish or English / French) are a plus.
