We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Working Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring a highly motivated and efficient team.
- Assign daily tasks, manage schedules, and ensure staff adherence to standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Operational Oversight:
- Participate in and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, restaurant, and event spaces.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs, such as special event setup or room turnover.
