Schedule:
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sundays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Monday & Friday Evenings: Flexible Hours 4-9pm with option to add more time for right candidate,

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Baseball Pitching/Hitting Instructor, with additional duties in customer service and facility maintenance.
Job Description:
As a Baseball Pitching/Hitting Instructor, you will be responsible for training and mentoring athletes, specifically in the areas of pitching and hitting. You’ll work with players of varying ages and skill levels, providing expert guidance to help them improve their technique, develop their skills, and gain confidence on the field. In addition to conducting lessons, you’ll also assist with customer service, help maintain the facility, and support other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and small group pitching and hitting lessons for athletes.
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on players’ needs and skill levels.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help players improve their performance.
- Build and maintain a book of private lessons and consistently work to grow your client base.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience at the facility.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening, closing, answering phone calls, booking appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Be a team player by supporting other instructors and staff in the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in baseball pitching and hitting techniques, with a solid understanding of both coaching and playing.
- Proven ability to teach and coach baseball at various skill levels.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with children, parents, and adults in a positive and friendly manner.
- Sales-driven, with the ability to build and maintain a loyal client base for pitching lessons.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday 10-5, Sunday 11-8) and evenings on Monday and Friday. More hours avail for right person.
- A passion for working with kids and helping them develop both athletically and personally.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Long-term commitment to the role and the facility.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, with potential to earn more based on lesson bookings and performance.
