Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends.
- Manage customer relationships, providing support to sales representatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Bittix for tracking sales performance metrics, managing leads, and reporting on sales activities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in account management and technical sales.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the sales team to enhance communication and teamwork.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales Operations or similar role within technology or business development sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
- A background in outside sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
