The Grit Ninja is a dynamic new company bringing a sense of fun and adventure to the fitness world through innovative
"ninja warrior" based fitness for kids!
In our outdoor “Grit on the Go” (GOTG) classes in Westchester County, we bring our obstacles and transform open field space into ninja warrior obstacle courses. During each action-packed class, aspiring ninjas will climb, swing, jump and run on our ever-changing equipment, which includes a rock wall traverse, monkey bars, grip gauntlet, cliffhanger, balance courses, warped walls, and so much more! Our coaches will guide our ninjas as they tackle challenges that build strength, coordination, agility, balance, problem-solving skills, self-confidence and, most importantly, GRIT!
Position Description
- Assistant Coaches to help run our outdoor weekday afternoon classes
- Assistant Coaches to help run outdoor weekend birthday parties and special events in the Westchester County area.
- Kids are typically ages 5-12.
- The ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, motivated ,loves to be with children, and has a positive attitude
- We will provide the “Ninja Warrior” training.

At The Grit Ninja, we want to have a positive impact on people’s lives. We are coaching our ninjas to not only find the strength in their bodies, but to also find the strength in their minds. Our belief is that having grit is one of the key characteristics to success, both on the course and in everyday life and we want our coaches to help ninjas of all ages unlock the grit, tenacity, resilience, courage and resolve that we know is inside of them. Our program usually draws a pretty even split between boys and girls, and we take particular pride that a number of kids who don’t feel they have a home within traditional team sports have a home at The Grit Ninja.
