Schedule: Full-Time during the week; Some evenings and weekends
Excellent opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, to provide services in our day and residential programs located in Massachusetts serving adults with autism, behavior challenges and developmental disabilities. Provide day and residential support through the development of ISPs/treatment plans, writing treatment goals and objectives, intake/diagnostic assessments, behavior support programs/BSPs, training of staff, program integrity measures, monitoring and documenting progress, and collaboration with other agencies and parents. Caseload of approximately 6 homes, with support of Clinical Psychologist/BCBA. This is a primarily clinical position that is focused on generation and monitoring of both daily living and behavioral plans with very little administrative responsibilities. It is supported by peer meetings and resource staff, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team is essential.
Education, Experience and Special Skills:
- Must have Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, MA license.
- Experience with PBIS is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, a favorable National Background Check; and other checks required by the state regulatory agencies required.
We offer paid yearly attendance at BABAT, and the potential for attendance at other conferences when presenting research materials. Free BCBA credits are offered regularly through the year during work hours. Supervision of BCBA trainees available (Assistant Treatment Analyst) and a range of other opportunities that may be of interest to the employee.
