Job Description:
The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) department is hiring a full-time/part-time independently licensed clinician to work with children in our HBTS and PASS programs. Our clients are diagnosed with autism and/or have special learning needs. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be part of our team of experienced and creative professionals, providing clinical oversight and supervision of home and clinic-based treatment programs for children ages of 3 -21.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be a licensed as a BCBA, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC. Should apply if you have extensive experience working directly with children and familiarity with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming. Alongside providing direct instruction to direct service workers and behavior technicians.
Excellent writing and documentation skills, behavior assessment and skill assessment experience. Knowledge of practical functional assessment, skill-based treatment, and trauma assumed care preferred. Strong emphasis on individual choice for clients and experience creating and promoting joy for clients is needed.
Responsibilities of the BCBA Clinician include:
Working with families and clients
Conducting formal assessments (Vineland, VBMAPP, FBA, AFLLS, PEAK) and ongoing assessment
Writing goals and objectives for skill acquisition
Submit required client treatment plans to funding agency
Maintain client electronic health record
Direct training/supervision of behavior therapist and program supervisor
Providing comprehensive clinic and home-based treatment
Collaborate with families
Advocate for the clients and families served
