While you will work with a majority of Personal lines clients, you will have an opportunity to explore commercial and life insurance options as well. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be:
- Building strong relationships with our customers
- Scheduling Appointments
- Taking payments
- Issuing Insurance Documentation
- Helping clients with Policy Changes
- Helping clients with claims
Requirements
The ideal person for this role is:
- Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent at Multi-tasking
- Fluent in Basic computer software knowledge
- A great written and verbal communicator
- Professional on the phone with clients and in the office
- Familiar with deadlines
Salary : $25,000 - $40,000
