What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Technician position at The Grooming Room?
The Grooming Room in Goose Creek is seeking a new kennel tech!
1 year experience working in a dog kennel environment preferred. Looking for part time availability, 2-4 days a week. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning up after, medicating, playing with, and exercising dogs of all shapes and sizes, as well as cleaning the facility and yards and monitoring the health of the animals.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Hands-on experience with dogs and a genuine passion for animal welfare
- Strong communication skills (precise communication with other staff as well as pet parents is critical!)

Pay starts at $12/hr, with raises based on performance.
