Why We Need You
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of our brand’s voice, look, and feel across various marketing channels. This role plays an important part in helping our brand resonate authentically with our target audience while contributing to a cohesive identity that drives business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player with a solid understanding of branding, marketing strategies, audience insights, and campaign performance. This role will report directly to the Sr Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Channel Strategy & Performance Marketing Lead
- Collaborate with Sr Marketing Manager on Seasonal Themed Campaigns.
- Lead channel mix and messaging by channel after overall marketing and creative strategy have been determined.
- Responsible for all seasonal campaign reporting, with support from Sr Marketing Manager as needed (digital, PR, website, email performance) inclusive of mid-campaign performance review
- Responsible for optimizing and reporting evergreen “always on” campaign performance (i.e, CPC, CPA and ROAS) across all digital channels - inclusive of Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Continue to track industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, identify opportunities to optimize campaign and budget management.
- Own CRM organization and utilization, including our SalesForce roll-out and Revinate campaigns.
Marketing Operations Lead
- Create templates and processes for adhoc marketing requests ensuring a more streamlined marketing team engagement
- Responsible for delivery of digital/printed materials/labels/packaging across all campaigns/requests
- Budget management: collaborate with Sr Marketing Manager and Chief Revenue Officer on overall marketing budget strategy, subsequently responsible for ongoing budget management/reporting
- Serves as Source Farms marketing lead, creating email campaigns and supporting the DTC business as needed
- Content creation and social media posting
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software, squarespace, wordpress, shopify
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Deep understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results

Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms, email marketing platforms).
- Background in brand management, content creation, or product marketing can be a plus, depending on the focus of the role.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with design, sales, product, or other departments.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau) to assess and optimize marketing performance.
