Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities, develop strong pipelines for existing clients, and utilize social media and networking to expand professional connections.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that meet their property maintenance goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive proposals and presentations, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Contract Negotiation: Spearhead contract, pricing, and term negotiations with clients, prepare estimates that align with company goals and client expectations.
