Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities while nurturing a strong pipeline for both new and existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their property maintenance goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with internal teams to create persuasive proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Contract Negotiation: Spearhead contract, pricing, and term negotiations with clients, preparing estimates that align with company goals and client needs and expectations.
