Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position provides 10 paid holidays per year and serves as the hub of communication for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and their experience with us is exceptional. Primary Activities:
· Client Communication & Expectations: Respond promptly to various communications through phone, email, & text, including potential, new, & existing clients. Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Client Information: Perform accurate data entry to company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Sales Activities: Coordinate scheduling of site visits for sales representatives to meet with new clients, and facilitate follow-up communications regarding sales, designs, and estimates. Assist in tracking sales estimates and updating estimate statuses.
· Sales Reporting: Update sales reporting daily for tracking and managing sales leads.
· Meeting Preparation: Prepare and maintain agendas for weekly and other management meetings.
· Project Completion: Communicate various project information to clients, coordinate scheduling of final walkthroughs, request reviews, manage project documentation, and prepare for billing.
· Supporting Continuous Improvement: Engage in activities that support personal development & growth, and identify opportunities for improvement to processes and procedures which increase business efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Computer Competency: Comfortable learning the details of, and working in, our business management software, and other computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Communication: Ability to communicate positively both in speech and writing with the internal team and external clients and suppliers.
· Organization & Time Management: Ability to organize workflow and develop focus in managing time, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining attention to detail.
· Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure, and adjust to unforeseen events like weather delays or other factors.
· Friendly & Approachable Demeanor: Fosters positive interactions with customers and contributes to a positive customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.34 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
