Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team in performing core lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, string-trimming, edging, and blowing, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all lawn maintenance services meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations.
• Flexibly handle any landscaping-related tasks as required, such as seasonal projects or special maintenance requests.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on work progress.
• Train team members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Utilize app-based digital tools to track hours, assignments, and project completion.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in lawn maintenance, including mowing, string-trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Dependability and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using app-based tools for digital timesheets and task management.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of landscaping tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
