About the Role :
Here at The Grounds Guys, we are looking for an experienced Hardscaper / Landscape Installation and Construction Technician. You will be responsible for grading and earthwork using excavators, skid steers, and dingos, as well as building retaining walls, paver walkways, and outdoor structures. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to grow into higher-level roles as well.

This role is strictly pay for performance. The more efficiently you work, the higher your pay rate, estimated at $30 - $35 per hour.
