This role involves walking job sites, checking for quality control, and making sure everything is organized and on track.

- Maintain Equipment: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Organize Crews: Structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep crews organized and on task.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in the landscaping or lawn service industry. You must also be willing to complete training to obtain any required certifications or licenses within 6 months. Additionally, a clean driving history with experience driving a trailer is essential.
