Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Landscaping Team Member to join our team at Grounds Guys. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks that require lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds frequently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Ability to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience is available.
