Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Bed Maintenance Team Member

o Being on time every day clean, in Grounds Guys attire (provided to you), with plenty of water and anything else you may need, you'll need to bring (snacks, more water, etc), and ready to positively impact your team and community each day.

o Landscape bed maintenance activities: keeping landscape beds free of weeds, debris, and properly manicured. Basic pruning, and cutting back and maintenance of perennials.

o This position will report other potential property maintenance needs to the account manager.

o You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical work, able to lift/carry 35-50 pounds as needed.

o You care for our equipment and prepare the truck and equipment for the next day's work at the end of your shift.

How We Measure Success

• Attendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our customer service goals. You need to be here as required by your

supervisory team.

• 
  Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job. We will keep track of this and will require you arrive on time and leave on time as well.

• 
  Daily site review. You will take before and after pictures of your work and we will review. This is a great process to see your work and get feedback immediately. In addition, we will site visit as needed to review with you and/or the client to maintain client satisfaction.

• 
  Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back. Positive, kind, and warmth toward our clients is key. You are the face of Grounds Guys. We're trusting you make our clients know they've hired the best.

  Full Utilization of Software & Processes: We have a simple app to log in and out of jobs each day. This will track your progress, time, and will be where you can upload pictures for the clients.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member

• We can teach you all of these processes, if you have a passion for working outside and taking care of the clients we serve.

  Valid Driver's license and a dependable car.

• 
  Coachable-we provide paid training and additional seasonal training as the service model changes throughout the year. You will have every opportunity to grow within our company as much as you desire. This position can grow into additional hours or full-time, as your schedule allows.

Benefits & Pay

The *starting* pay range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.

This is a part-time position, beginning with at least 20 hours per week, but based on the candidates availability. Pay is weekly based on a 40-hour work week. This is an hourly position.
