Job Responsibilities
As a Landscaping Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Front-Line Employee: You'll be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care to our customers
- Performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery
- Ensuring everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day
Measuring Success
We measure success by evaluating attendance, budget vs actual hours, return rates, customer retention, and full utilization of software & processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries. If you don't already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
