What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesperson position at The Grounds Guys?
We're looking for a Salesperson to join our team and play a key role in growing our commercial and residential landscape business. You'll develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What you'll do :
Expand our business by selling new services to existing clients and pursuing new leads.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Estimate and sell landscape maintenance & design services through base contracts and enhancements.
Visit customer properties to assess service delivery and ensure satisfaction.
You're a perfect fit if you :
Have extensive face-to-face sales experience in the landscaping industry.
Can manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a large territory.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Have a passion for the landscaping industry (preferred).
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Compensation :
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary and a competitive commission rate of of sales to be agreed based on experience.
