As a Landscaping Team Lead, your responsibilities will include managing the field, ensuring quality control, and supporting your crew. You'll also be responsible for attendance, budget management, return rates, crew retention, customer retention, and full utilization of software and processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need prior experience in the landscaping or similar industries, as well as a clean driving history and experience driving a trailer. You'll also need to complete training to obtain any required certifications and licenses within 6 months if needed.
The pay range for this position is $17-$28 per hour, dependent on your experience. If you meet the requirements, our system will schedule you for an interview immediately.
