Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Member include being a front-line employee, performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. These tasks may involve mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds often.
How We Measure Success
We measure success by attendance, budget vs actual hours, return rates, customer retention, and full utilization of software & processes. By meeting these goals, you'll be essential to our Customer Service standards.
Requirements for the Position
To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar industries. Alternatively, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months. Additionally, there are minimum requirements that need to be met.
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00, depending on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
