Job Title: Maintenance Team Member
We're looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career as a Maintenance Team Member. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Your Responsibilities
- Front-Line Employee - You'll be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care and completing tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
- Perform basic tasks such as mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks that require lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds often.
- Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

- Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing time planned and spent at each job is crucial for keeping jobs profitable.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- If you don't have experience, be willing to learn, as we'll teach you.
- You must have your own transportation to come to work, with frequent meetings in Yellow Springs or Beavercreek depending on the schedule.
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $15-$18 per hour, dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
