Managing Broker - Greeley, CO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Broker to lead our team of real estate professionals in Greeley, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering a thriving and connected team culture, and attracting top talent to our brokerage, and supporting the Greeley community as a business leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Gross Commission Income:
- Coach and mentor agents to increase productivity and achieve their full potential. This includes providing regular training and guidance on effective sales strategies, market trends, and business generation techniques.
- Support agents in developing their businesses and expanding their client base. This may involve assisting with marketing efforts, client relationship management, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
Recruiting:
- Partner with the company's Partner Specialist to proactively identify and recruit new and experienced brokers who are a strong cultural fit and align with our company values. This involves actively networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to attract top talent.
- Lead the interview process, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment to ensure we are bringing on board individuals who will thrive in our collaborative and supportive environment.
- This position will be directly responsible for helping us establish our brokerage in Greeley, CO and surrounding Weld County areas.
Retention:
- Cultivate a positive and supportive office culture that fosters a sense of community and belonging among agents and staff. This includes facilitating regular team meetings, social events, and opportunities for professional development.
- Proactively address any concerns or challenges raised by agents and staff, providing timely support and resources to ensure their success and satisfaction. This requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a genuine commitment to creating a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements to help agents and staff grow and develop their careers within the company.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of real estate sales or real estate employment experience
- Management/Leadership experience
- Coaching history
- Have attended a Ninja Selling Installation
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstration of advanced contractual technical knowledge
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Word, IRES,
- Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records of Independent Contractor Agreements, Addendums, coaching notes, meetings, performance metrics, MMA’s, etc…
Operational Hours:
- 8-5pm Monday - Friday
- After hours availability to timely respond to Partners contractual needs when in town.
