We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team as a Customer-Centric Handyman at The Grout Medic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing handyman and home improvement projects, including repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, assembly, installations, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Completing handyman and home improvement projects
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Representing The Grout Medic in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise
- Performing occasional on-the-spot estimates and sales duties
Requirements:
- 2 years of construction experience
- Hands-on knowledge of principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
- Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and commitment to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and high dependability
- Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50 lbs), and handling tools
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills with a sales-minded approach to satisfying customers' needs
