We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team.
This full-time position involves working an overnight shift from 11pm to 7am and requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN licensure in Florida or compact state
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting a plus
