The Grove, Inc., a 30 year old nationally recognized Food and Beverage Concessions Operator with locations in airports and train stations in the United States. The Grove, Inc. is searching for experienced Supervisors to support the Area Manager and Operations at the Dallas Love field Airport. We proudly operate Moes SW Grill and Manchu Wok in the concessions village.

The Supervisor must represent The Grove, Inc. in a professional manner, be proactive, demonstrate high standards and integrity, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders in The Grove business which may include City Officials, Tenant Management Personnel, local Police and Fire Departments. The Supervisor must maintain the hours of operation and obey all rules and regulations regarding the maintenance of all leased spaces as stipulated in the contract agreement of the lease.

The Essential functions of the Supervisor include but are not limited to:

· Open or close stores according to established hours of operation.

· Take full accountability for retail store operations during shift

· Provide excellent customer service to customers; must display a helpful and enthusiastic demeanor and a can-do attitude

· Set the example and mentor employees to create a teamwork environment

· Train and coach new employees to quickly learn store processes and procedures

· Ensure all sales are being captured in the register

· Ensure cash policies are being followed

· Ensure that stores are clean and properly stocked

· Monitor staff activity to avoid lost productivity

· Monitor the products levels in the store and notify stocker if replenishment is needed

· Enforce policies and procedures and address performance issues appropriately

· Follow procedures for rotation of product

· Follow and enforce clock in/out procedures

Requirements and Other skills

· At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry

· Must be flexible and able to work all days and all shifts

· Must be dependable and punctual

· Must follow all uniform standards and maintain a clean and neat appearance

· Must be hands-on, assertive, constructive, results-oriented and team-oriented

· Must have good communication and listening skills

· Must have experience working on a POS System

· Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure

· Must have outstanding oral English communication skills and be comfortable relating to individuals at all levels of the organization

· Must maintain strict adherence with all train station rules, regulations and security measures

· Must maintain current certification in the appropriate Food, Health and Safety certification programs required by The Grove Inc., Health Department and T.A.B.C.

· Must comply and ensure adherence with Company policies and procedures
